Anna Logue Records

The German label Anna Logue Records was founded by Marc Schaffer in 2005, dedicated primarily to reissuing “minimal synth” first released between 1979 and 1984. Cultural Amnesia, as usual, did not quite fit the profile, but Marc took on release of our first 1980s compilation, Enormous Savages (2007). The run of 400 LPs, the first 150 sales accompanied by the mini-CD EP Little Savage, was released in very early 2007 (copyright year 2006, Marc was unhappy with the initial test pressings) and sold out relatively quickly. In 2014, Marc founded the sublabel Nadanna, a broader label “blurring the lines between minimal synth, Italodisco, and electropop”. GG, 14/09/26
